I assist the SIM AP program director as training facilitator and coach in the services we provide missionary practitioners who are serving in business as mission all around the world. We offer ongoing Business in Mission entrepreneurial training modules/cohorts and Open Coaching/Advisory Roundtables. It is our desire to recruit, prepare and journey with those who are called by God to take Christ into the marketplace around the world where He is least known.

How freeing would it be to wake up every day having the confidence, motivation, anticipation & the delight in knowing that everything you think, say, plan & do would always “hit the mark” of making the greatest impact in your sphere of influence while also brimming over with steadfast confidence, joy & freedom? How would you further like this to be true of your life, minus the weight of those unrealistic expectations, fears & faulty belief systems that incessantly nag & tag alongside you? My own journey & passion to live with such freedom & joy began at a very young age as I encountered the myriad of painful \"design-crushers\" out to steal, kill and destroy the unique masterpiece God says I am: peer-pressure, unrealistic expectations, limiting beliefs & untouched areas of healing. I realized I needed a life-giving, unchanging Ultimate Standard to ground me in living out the way I am truly designed. I found this Ultimate Standard to be our Creator God who allowed me to personally experience the clarity, freedom, joy & confidence I so longed for! And I wanted everyone to know this! Thus began a lifetime of sharing & showing such freedom found in God alone. Since age twelve, the same age I owned and drove my very own snowmobile, I began filling journal after journal (30+ now) expressing, in writing, the freedom & joy I was personally experiencing! During my high school & college years, I carried the name,\"Super-SPAM,\" as I dressed in superhero apparel & used that luscious “other white meat” as an object lesson to creatively & passionately speak before thousands of young people around the US on how God & His Word empowers us to live aligned to our God-given design with clarity, confidence, freedom & joy! This then led to my serving alongside my husband & two children in ten years of state-side student ministry, eight years of cross-cultural mission work in Bolivia, & now coaching & facilitating coaching training internationally. I especially have a heart of compassion for highly driven women of faith, who are gifted, anointed & skilled at what they do best & yet feel bogged down with overthinking, second-guessing, & anxiously toiling with an unhealthy pressure to achieve. With tenderness & intentionality, I come alongside my clients in creating a safe, Holy Spirit-led reflective process of personal, Scripture-infused discovery & tailor-made action steps that transforms them to fully living out as a cherished masterpiece, their God-designed best.
