I am an innovative educational servant leader modeling lifelong learning that enjoys working with a like-minded team to impact the future of STEM education. The key to opening multiple doors to post-secondary career and college opportunities resides in the hands of our educators. Training teachers to incorporate growth mindset techniques and student engagement building conceptual understanding of math and science is essential. Our students and we live in a tech-rich world that demands educators to embrace new learning management systems, resources, and tools quickly without losing focus on content learning standards. Let me help your team reach their goals in student engagement and learning gains. With extensive experience in educational practice and curriculum development for secondary blended learning environments and traditional classrooms and how the brain learns STEM content, my goals are to continue researching and studying how to improve educational practices in the STEM classrooms.
