I do this by listening to the customer, working backwards from their risk appetite and regulatory concerns to provide strategic and technical guidance on how to use cloud services and features to maintain or improve their risk position. Working with customers I assist them with skills enablement of their workforce, education on AWS culture, workload architecture reviews, regulatory compliance, the pathways to adoption and cultural change from technology silos to Integrated DevOps.
