As the Fundraising and Community Engagement Fellow for the Baltimore City Office of Equity and Civil Rights, I am responsible for leading strategy, content planning, and creative direction to strengthen our community presence and fundraising outcomes. In this role, I design and implement innovative strategies to engage diverse stakeholders, build donor relationships, and support fundraising campaigns that align with our mission. I take ownership of content planning across digital platforms, ensuring consistent storytelling that reflects our values and highlights the impact of our work. Through creative direction, I develop compelling visuals, campaigns, and engagement opportunities that inspire community members to connect with and support our initiatives. I am deeply committed to using strategy and creativity as tools to expand our reach, amplify our voice, and cultivate meaningful relationships that help advance equity and civil rights in Baltimore City.
