Tamera Lovely-Carroll was raised in Eugene, Oregon. She lives with her husband, John, and two Great Danes, PeeWee and Harley. In her free time, she enjoys working in her home garden that used to be a Rhodie and Azalea Nursery, sewing, and doing DIY projects.Tamera has had the privilege of serving her clients in the real estate lending industry since 1988. She has a thorough knowledge of all loan products including (but not limited to) VA, FHA, USDA, Renovation, New Construction, and Conventional products. Tamera works with everyone from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Tamera has been a Reverse Mortgage loan specialist for over 20 years. She listens to her clients and happily answers their questions. She understands that you need to be able to contact your lender evenings and weekends, so she makes herself available to you up until about 6 in the evenings and on weekends.
