Diagnose and troubleshoot Wireless, Internet Security, Switching, and network-related issues reported by Cisco Meraki customers and partners.• Analyze networking protocols and technologies such as LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT, DHCP, DNS, TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, IDS/ IPS, BGP and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless.• Guide customers to configure network topology, SSIDs, LACP, Switch Stacks, Multicasting, Layer 2 and 3 Switching, Client VPN, Site to Site VPN, Layer 3 and Layer 7 Firewall rules, Port forwarding, NAT rules, IGMP snooping, Traffic shaping, Syslog server, SNMP server, DHCP server/relay agent, Advanced Malware Protection, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Content Filtering, URL Logging, Active Directory and RADIUS server integration using Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Switches, Access points, and Wireless Security Cameras.• Monitor traffic flow and client\'s device connectivity to the internet using Wireshark by capturing and analyzing packets.• Help customers to integrate Systems Manager MDM with VPP, Apple DEP, Apple configurator, and Apple School Manager to push profile settings, manage applications and monitor client devices.• Collaborate with support, management, escalation, and product team to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues on customers\' deployment.
