In my full-time career, I oversee artist relations, marketing and social strategy for TIMEPieces, TIME\'s web3 initiative. I am most skilled at implementing multi-faceted brand and social media marketing strategies that prioritize community building, brand recognition, and loyalty. I identify and tap into key cultural moments and strategically reshape the narrative through creative storytelling, creating beloved brands. My skills have contributed to consistent increases in sales, ROI, brand recognition, and consumer retention for entrepreneurs, small businesses and major brands alike. Outside of my full-time role, I am a multi-platform content creator. In 2022, I was a one of 120 chosen to be part of LinkedIn\'s US Creator Accelerator program for Technology and Innovation, where I created community around conversations on creator equity, social media and how the blockchain technology positively contributes to the creator economy and rights. My personal brand and content range from web3, personal branding, and all things socials and community building on LinkedIn to skin-care, lifestyle, and relationships on Instagram and Tik Tok. My other career highlights include: I\'ve been featured in Business Insider and numerous podcasts reaching over 1 million viewers. I was the featured social media expert in TIME Studios & Peacock\'s When Truth Isn\'t Truth: The Rudy Giuliani Story. I am an experienced keynote speaker and lead sessions/presentations at conferences, virtual events, coaching programs and panels. Lastly, I am a first-generation Haitian-American, a Brooklyn native, and am passionate about social justice, cooking, and being the best dog mom to my American Staffordshire Terrier, Bailey (after Dr. Miranda Bailey).
