With a diverse background and over a decade of teaching experience, I am a versatile and a dedicated professional who thrives in dynamic environments. My experience in creating and implementing professional learning opportunities and keeping an enablement focus has yielded results quickly. In my current position, I have lead our team in delivering 46% more sessions this year over last year. We are in front of more customers than ever, supporting them in realizing and applying the value of our incredible solutions in their classrooms. In the 8 months as the n2y Senior Managing PL Specialist I’ve onboarded and ramped up over 30 facilitators.Management, driving achievement and success in various districts, planning and facilitating engaging and exciting learning opportunities, and equipping individuals with new skill sets to be proficient in their roles, are aspects of my work that I enjoy the most.My journey began in Fort Worth, Texas, where I earned a B.S. of Science from Texas Wesleyan University. I have embraced numerous opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in the EdTech space. My leadership skills include creating and facilitating engaging and thought-provoking professional learning experiences, generating and strengthening relationships, mobilizing teams, formulating strategies, and coaching administrators and teachers. I am a highly adaptable EdTech specialist who builds positive team culture that promotes growth, commitment, and success. As a team player, I am dedicated to collaboration, developing opportunities, and delivering meaningful information that helps educators drive instruction and excel in classroom management and teaching. The experience I have acquired as an educator and EdTech professional has equipped me with great team building skills, the ability to train and structure teams, evaluate programs, collect data, research, and communicate effectively.
