My journey, from leading community initiatives to my present role at Drew University and INTO University Partnerships, has solidified my passion for Student Affairs and elevating educational services for individuals from all backgrounds. Currently, I\'m privileged to bridge service gaps for underrepresented students through targeted programming and recruitment, while also guiding international students (who enrich our campus as 20% of the student body) in their academic and career journeys.
