   In this role, I lead cross-organizational legal, risk, and client projects involving global treasury management (GTM) as a subject matter expert (SME). I work to improve operational controls, stand up new processes, manage policies, and collaborate with regulators. I strategize and execute on a variety of programs and services related to these initiatives. I balance multiple projects and competing priorities. Highlights of my accomplishments include: • Took ownership of a fast-paced multi-faceted project Loan Program) with an aggressive timeline. Supported Lines of Business (LOB) with reporting, daily multi-status meetings, and spearheaded collaboration efforts between technology, communication, and product teams to ensure timely delivery. • In response to the pivot to remote operations due to COVID19, partnered with data team to program reports (Commercial Card Reporting) from multiple source systems, create subscriptions, and push out reporting via email daily, saving 18 hours of time per week once fully automated. • Built a small legal coordination team to manage clients with negotiated contracts. This effort was two-fold, supporting the client, sales, and relationship teams to ensure a client with negotiated contracts met the finish line, and to ensure the process aligned to newly published policy. • Partnered with all business leads on a quarterly basis to evaluate the staffing adequacies within the GTM organization.
