About Tamar Sebesta
I’m a storyteller, strategist, and advocate driven by resilience and creativity.My grandparents came to this country seeking opportunity, and I believe my journey has been shaped by their legacy of perseverance and the power of possibility. I didn’t know where my own story would lead, from being a teen mom to becoming a first-generation college graduate, but I’ve learned that every story, especially the unexpected ones, deserves to be told.I believe our stories reflect what’s real, challenge what’s expected, and shift culture. That belief drives me to bring emotionally resonant, culturally rich, and impactful moments to life.Throughout my academic journey, I’ve received over 19 awards for leadership, innovation, and impact. I’ve also worked as a content creator, podcast producer, and public speaker, using every platform available to share stories that inform, empower, and connect.Currently, I’m in the NBCUniversal Page Program, rotating across departments and deepening my passion for bringing bold, authentic stories to the screen.
