Key Achievements: • Led strategic finance and transformation at Cyxtera Technologies, achieving 20% bottom-line improvement, leading to an equity event with Brookfield Asset Management. • Directed global M&A integration at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, overseeing divestitures and the transition of 10+ data centers across EMEA, LATAM and the U.S. to Equinix, and the Verizon Cloud business to IBM, ensuring seamless operational, financial, and HR integration. • Built and scaled FP & A and capital management functions, improving forecasting accuracy by ~25% and enabling $400M+ in investment ROI. • Developed KPI dashboards and BI/data governance frameworks to enhance performance tracking and decision-making.
