   In this role, I have an opportunity to work with amazing people in the Center of Excellence team to enhance the client services new hire training program. Training is 8-10 weeks learning about using Guardants CRM, LIMS and portal systems. There is intensive product and process training for each Guardant Health product. Training contains hands-on system assessments, knowledge checks and evaluations to ensure the new hire is ready to transition into their client services role. I have the opportunity to introduce new training tools that bring forth metric review, track training effectiveness and ensure a new employee will become efficient in their new role at Guardant Health.
