Through The Mill, we love to give to the community by creating spaces that are welcoming and by supporting many great local causes. We strive to support and grow each individual on our team by encouraging growth and leadership in each person. We work hard to create outstanding coffee that our entire team can be proud of and is recognized for its excellence. Today, The Mill operates four bustling cafes along with a coffee roastery and bakery in Lincoln, Nebraska. Since our founding The Mill has had a passion for quality, developing staff around rewarding challenges, and being the common ground for everyone to feel truly welcome. The Mill Coffee & Tea is a coffee roaster, retail operator, and online retailer headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska.
