Dr. Tamara P. Williams has over 17 years of experience in Government Contracting. She is a thought leader, author, researcher, instructor, and entrepreneur in the industry.    Responsible for standing up a pre-planning support program staffed with over 40 contractor personnel, to provide acquisition package writing services to government acquisition professional at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In this role I interviewed and hired over 30 candidates for business analyst, senior customer liaison consultant, requirements gatherer, and technical writer/editor positions. I worked with team members to establish and document processes and activities through RACI\'s and SOP\'s, created onboarding procedure for new staff, training material, tools, and resources for multiple work streams to implement. I facilitated the implementation of the program and once stood up, managed the day-to-day activities of all staff to ensure the success of the program.
