I love helping people - with everything in their personal and business financial lives. I especially love messes - messy tax situations, messy bookkeeping and messy recordkeeping. If you think your accounting or taxes are a mess, then I\'m your gal. I also love forensic accounting - aka fraud investigations, especially if it\'s messy. I do many different types of accounting and tax work and if I don\'t know how to handle it, I have someone in my office who can. I provide consulting services to businesses, from helping them get started, helping them grow to helping them wind down or sell. I train staff on how to properly use their accounting software, especially QuickBooks. And nonprofits have a special place in my heart. I have been serving on nonprofit boards for over 20 years, often as treasurer. I have helped create many nonprofits - assisting them with their IRS form 1023 or 1024, bylaws, articles of incorporation and more. I love nonprofit messes too! I have way too much experience helping nonprofits re-obtain their IRS or California Franchise Tax Board exempt status, get out of delinquent status with the Attorney General and get back to Active status with the Secretary of State.
