Background & Business Philosophy: Before settling back in the seacoast area in 2003, I lived in the Netherlands, Ohio, and Georgia. Each experience provided an education relevant to the real estate profession. The Netherlands move exposed me to the challenges involved in an international relocation. Renting, purchasing, and selling property in Ohio, Georgia, and New Hampshire required learning how to maneuver through intrastate and interstate transactions. Each move became a lesson in research, marketing, communication, negotiation, organization, planning, and the importance of constant attention to detail. Personal purchases were made easier with locally and professionally connected agents who compiled property research, communicated throughout the financing process, expedited contract negotiations, and located a broad range of resources. On the sell side I appreciated my agent\'s ability to home staging, determine competitive pricing, market for maximize exposure, and provide strong representation to achieve the best possible return of investment. During my career in the legal profession I honed my communication skills, proved reliable for maintaining clear records of confidential nature, demonstrated attention to detail, and developed a proficient organization style. My particular background also prepared me with skills helpful in understanding the technicalities involved in representing, negotiating, and closing procedures. As a licensed REALTOR, facilitating real estate needs as life events require, and providing client services throughout the transfer of property ownership is my specialty. I am dedicated to providing a personalized service which includes knowledge of inventory, market trends, strategic planning, and community resources to facilitate informed decision making. With my cumulative expertise, I hope to exceed client expectations and provide value to their experience.
