As a dedicated Quality Analyst + Data Analyst, I have built my career around one thing. Making sure products feel engaging, polished, reliable, and user ready, whether that is a video game shipping across multiple platforms or a fast moving GenAI feature that needs airtight quality, clarity, and accountability.My journey started with an internship, that grew into an apprenticeship, and turned into a full time QA role where I got to do what I love at scale. At Zynga / NaturalMotion, I had the privilege of contributing to and helping launch Star Wars: Hunters, which was a major milestone for me. I supported QA across iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, and PC, using tools like JIRA and TestRail to manage test case creation, bug tracking, regression testing, and release readiness. I also worked across multiple pods like Maps, Meta, AI, Content, and Audio. I am proud of how much cross functional collaboration that required, partnering with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep quality high and launches smooth.After that, I expanded my scope at Meta (via Qualitest), where I supported QA efforts on Generative AI related work and other initiatives that demanded strong attention to detail, clear documentation, and the ability to adapt quickly as requirements evolved. I learned how to operate in complex environments, stay calm under ambiguity, and still deliver results even when the workstream is moving fast and expectations are high.What stays consistent wherever I am is this. I am the person who asks the extra question, catches the edge case, documents the steps clearly, and cares about the end user experience. I take pride in being reliable, thorough, and easy to collaborate with because quality is a team sport, and I love being part of teams that build things the right way.Going forward, I am focused on continuing to grow in spaces that value strong craft, real mentorship, and a culture that actually supports excellence because I know the best work happens when people are set up to thrive.
