I help motivated tech and tech-adjacent professionals master their craft with empathy and humanity in the age of AI. Whether speaking on stage or guiding product development, I bring people into alignment around shared goals and common sense. I’ve spent 25 years navigating software development projects, business analysis, and team dynamics. Today, I speak and teach about how we can work better together through building relationships thoughtfully and developing one\'s craft. I help people and teams examine how they show up for themselves and each other so that together they can do their best work. I believe that the best outcomes spring from high-functioning teams. We become high-functioning through thoughtful relationship building, continuous learning, and challenging everything—what we build, why we build it, and how we build together. MY APPROACHLet’s face it. Most presentations are boring. I make space for vulnerability (starting with mine), laughter, and aha moments. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop or delivering a keynote, my goal is to connect with every individual in the room and help them connect with each other. My sessions blend storytelling, interaction and real-world tools to leave audiences with something they can actually apply as soon as they walk out of the room.My goal?
