About Tamara Murray

My personal mission is to learn about — and introduce others to — new ideas and possibilities so we can all live full, healthy and intentional lives. I have spent two decades helping social-change nonprofits share their visions: the different ideas and possibilities for how our communities and systems could work. From housing as health care to stopping violence by approaching it like a disease, I love using my skills as a seasoned communications professional to leave this world better than we found it.More recently, I\'ve been introducing people to different possibilities for connecting with nature. On an individual level, connecting with nature has huge benefits for our health, well-being and productivity. On a societal level, at a time when loneliness and disconnection are at crisis levels, nature is a place where we all belong because we ARE nature. And at a global level, our natural world is in need of protection — and people protect what they love. Thank you for your interest in my work and I look forward to connecting with you!
