I am a thorough, detailed, engaged, thoughtful, and conscientious researcher, writer, and editor. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from UCLA and a BA from UC Berkeley and 25+ years of experience in research/evaluation, project management, and writing/editing. I’ve worked in many types of environments including academic, healthcare, non profits, market research, public health, government, software, small biz/start up, and large corporations. I’ve consulted for many academic institutions and for-profit and non-profit organizations. I love big ideas and providing the structure around them to ensure their realization.    Lead the research and program evaluation efforts for a company that provides coaching and training services for internal wellness programs for healthcare professionals. Awarded with grant funding from UCSF Health to pilot test the RechargedMD Coaching Program with 35 women physicians currently working within UCSF Health. Coordinated all aspects of the study including IRB application, recruitment, survey design/programming, data collection monitoring, data cleaning/analysis, and report development. Work with the Executive Team on proposal development and funding.
