She has managed three SharePoint upgrades, developed and maintained corporate and intra-organization communication processes, and managed highly productive communities of practice. A natural collaborator with high energy, an amazing work ethic and great integrity, Tamara emanates enthusiasm for advancing KM by enabling collaboration and knowledge sharing via a variety of tools to ensure all employees have access to the information, knowledge and processes they need to achieve their individual objectives and help the company meet its strategic goals. Experience
Innovative Learning and Knowledge Management Program Manager
Nov 2018 — Present · Houston, TX, US
Leading projects to implement integrated knowledge management and social learning solutions while promoting learning, innovative collaboration and knowledge-sharing practices across the organization. Examples include partnering with Talent Management to develop and implement a Fellows and Technical Expertise Program and working with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to facilitate a six-company global consortium to share knowledge and improve HSES performance. My most rewarding effort thus far in this role was partnering with IT and leading a two-year effort to migrate the company\'s KM platform from SharePoint 2010 to Microsoft Office 365. The new environment, which houses our flagship KM solutions - a communities of practice platform and an enterprise wiki, is an integrated design consisting of SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate (Flow) and a custom discussion tool. The platform enjoys wide adoption across the company and exemplifies our KM group motto,\"Sharing Makes Us Smarter\".
