I implemented automated compliance tracking systems, ensuring adherence to EDI and multi-jurisdictional reporting mandates, which reduced compliance exposure. By optimizing medical bill reviews and subrogation efforts, I saved $2.5M and secured $2.4M in recoveries. I also negotiated vendor contracts and integrated automation tools to streamline workflows, improving claims accuracy and customer satisfaction.
