Since 2020, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship dynamics.My approach integrates evidence-based therapy, resilience training, and practical coping strategies tailored to the unique demands of first responder culture.
