As the Vice President of People & Culture at AGS Company Automotive Solutions in Muskegon, I believe culture is the foundation of every successful organization, and people are the heart of that culture.Earlier in my journey, I had the privilege of working with children with special needs. That experience taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of meeting people where they are, lessons that continue to shape how I lead, support, and advocate for others in the workplace today.I’m deeply passionate about creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Watching individuals step into their strengths and thrive is what drives me. At AGS, I lead a dedicated, close-knit team focused on talent acquisition, development, employee engagement, and overall well-being.
