These tools were designed to control Managed Services and Roll-out and have been worked on and improved since 2013 and 2017, featured and implemented regionally. I have developed all their process intelligence, monitors, and customized features according to each region’s requirements.Local Solution Enterprise Architect: Responsible for defining the E2E architecture for Global Solution integration with local ecosystem. Main CU technical responsible to assure ID Program: Sitetracker, ESR and SP2P fit with CUs needed requirements. Main role duties are to perform the GAP Analysis and work with Global/CU/SL/ATO Teams to find and implement needed solutions to cover the gap.
