Oversee all aspects of design, layout, and cohesive representation of the Leading Lawyers brand including a quarterly 300+ page magazine- Responsible for sole management and layout of all advertising and editorial content placed within Leading Lawyers Magazine- Create ads for clients for use in Leading Lawyers Magazine as well as outside publications to ensure 100% client satisfaction- Provide creative and technical direction to creative staff including design and photography freelancers- Manage 75+ client accounts as a liaison to law firm marketing personnel for supplying proprietary marketing pieces- Art-direct photoshoots with photographers and staff- Oversee all aspects of the pre-press production process and press-checks when needed- Optimize print/cost savings by negotiating printing contracts while saving near 20% or more on printing expenses- Provide a high volume of deliverables while maintaining a fast-paced production flow- Create logos, stationary, and branding materials for law firms- Expeditiously execute extensive and sophisticated Photoshop projects while maintaining headshot management database- Assist other departments within the division in order to facilitate the goals and objectives of the division- Assist internal divisions within the company to create, design, and advise other creative teams and products produced by Law Bulletin- New product launch marketing team member.
