As a store manager at Club Monaco, I oversee the daily operations and performance of a high-end fashion retail store. With over 15+ years of experience in the retail industry, I have developed a keen sense of customer needs, preferences, and trends, as well as a strong ability to drive sales and revenue growth. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for every client. In addition to my store management responsibilities, I also have a background and interest in marketing and graphic design. In my previous role as a chief marketing officer at Panhandle Restaurant Group, I was responsible for creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns, social media strategies, content, and analytics for 31 restaurants generating over $40 million in annual revenue. I also co-created Ribs & Rides, a successful promotion that increased sales by 40% at our Rib Crib locations. I produced formats for all store brochures, new store logos, and all of the company\'s graphic design work.
