About Tamara Mason Morgan

Tamara\'s legal experience is anchored in labor and employment advice, counseling and litigation for employers. At Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. she began as a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, where she continued to advise and counsel, manage litigation and conduct employee trainings and currently is a member of the Litigation Group where she primarily oversees employment litigation. Tamara is a seasoned litigator and tough negotiator, known for her collaborative yet results-oriented style and strong writing skills. Beginning in 2011 Tamara developed the Kaiser Legal Department Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Program. Tamara and the Legal Department EI & D Committee that she has built work tirelessly to promote the Program mission,\"to strategically drive the integration of equity, inclusion and diversity into every aspect of our work resulting in a positive and enduring impact on our workforce/department, the legal profession and the communities we serve.\" The positive and immediate impact of a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace on her colleagues drives Tamara\'s passion for this aspect of her career.
