I am a senior executive with 15+ years of experience advancing organizational growth, leading complex initiatives, and building high-performing teams across economic development, industrial operations, and global event management. My career has centered on transforming strategic vision into measurable outcomes—through disciplined execution, strong partnerships, and the development of scalable systems and teams.In my current role as Vice President of Business Development at American Peat Technology (APT), I oversee enterprise-level strategy, business development, R&D leadership, and major growth initiatives. I am responsible for guiding new technologies and products from concept through commercialization, securing federal and state funding, driving market and partnership expansion, and overseeing P&L performance for APT’s mineral processing business. My work spans innovation strategy, capital project management, and the integration of cross-functional teams to advance APT’s mission and long-term value creation.Previously, as President of the Itasca Economic Development Corporation, I led regional economic strategy, secured multimillion-dollar investment, and coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives that strengthened business ecosystems, workforce pipelines, and innovation capacity.
