About Tamara Lamb
I am a Director of Technology in K–12 education focused on digital learning, instructional technology, and building scalable systems that support teaching and learning. My work sits at the intersection of instruction, technology, and operations—ensuring that systems are not only functional, but aligned to the real-world demands of classrooms and school environments. I lead the design and implementation of school-wide technology systems, including Google Workspace administration, 1:1 device programs, instructional technology integration, and operational workflows that support both staff and students at scale. I am currently leading ADA Title II / WCAG accessibility compliance efforts, developing standards, tools, and training that ensure digital content is accessible and sustainable moving forward. My approach is grounded in this belief: technology should solve real problems—not create new ones. Systems should reduce friction, not add complexity. And implementation matters just as much as innovation. Leadership, to me, has never been about title—it’s about influence, trust, and the ability to move work forward. I’ve consistently led from where I am, building systems, supporting people, and stepping into gaps where alignment is needed. I’m committed to building systems that work in the real world—supporting both the people who use them and the environments they serve.
