My role focuses on supporting the implementation of the Blue Yonder system within Mars, Incorporated’s Health and Wellness Platform. This includes leading the deployment of the Material Planning Module, managing data mapping and cleansing, and conducting analysis to identify process gaps for improvement. Over the years, I have developed expertise in communication processes, operations improvement, and communication training.
