My focus spans medical, hospitality, telecommunications, and other sectors, ensuring successful engagements with McCormick Place and the city\'s premier venues. Leveraging expertise in management, marketing strategy, and the hospitality industry, I work collaboratively to secure city-wide conventions and tradeshows that drive Chicago\'s growth as a top-tier destination. Passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion, I proudly contribute to initiatives that advance equity and empower future industry professionals.

   PCMA Greater Midwest Chapter

   I was nominated to the Greater Midwest Chapter of PCMA for a 2 year term 2019 and 2020. I was also named the Board Liaison to the Student Committee which has been flourishing. They are sharing valuable content and resources to future hospitality professionals attending our Midwest universities. They have been recognized by PCMA Nationally and leading the way for Student Committees at all PCMA Chapters. In August 2020, I made the request to start a Diversity Task Force. An Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Task Force was voted and approved by our Board. I am the Board Liaison to this Task Force. We proudly engage our members and have the \"uncomfortable\" conversations about race and inequity in our industry. I have been nominated for a 2nd two year term to the Board for 2021 and 2022. I look forward to leading our GMC PCMA Chapter as we begin to work in new ways after a challenging 2020.
