About Tamara Holley
For more than 20 years, I have built my career around a simple belief: when people feel connected to their work, their teams, and their communities, organizations perform at their best. I have had the privilege of leading employee engagement, organizational culture, and community initiatives at some of the nation’s leading financial institutions, including Wells Fargo and Bank of America. At Wells Fargo, I served as Vice President of Community Engagement and Culture, where I developed mentorship programs linking junior employees with senior leaders, organized volunteer partnerships with Habitat for Humanity, and facilitated STEM workshops introducing students to coding, robotics, and engineering. I also led enterprise-wide team-building and engagement initiatives, keeping employees connected and supported through wellness programs, virtual fitness sessions, and mental health check-ins.Before Wells Fargo, I held multiple Vice President roles at Bank of America, including consumer risk management, credit bureau compliance, and business controls. I co-chaired the Bank of America Community Volunteers program for nearly a decade, coordinating health fairs and partnerships with organizations such as Dress for Success, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Charlotte Uptown Men’s Shelter.A United States Navy veteran, I bring discipline, integrity, and a focus on excellence to every initiative I take on. I am passionate about balancing operational effectiveness with people-centered leadership to create environments where teams can thrive, organizations can succeed, and communities can benefit.
