After nearly 20 years in sales, leadership and nonprofit development, I’ve learned that real success happens when leadership is empowered, creative ideas are heard and the focus stays on people + purpose, not just the goals. As Principal of Salt & Soul Co, I currently partner with Relatable Nonprofit and other mission-minded organizations to expand their reach and strengthen their strategy. Together, we’ve driven 150% growth in Q4 2024, 80% in Q1 2025, and 63% in Q2 2025 by connecting nonprofit leaders with mentorship, systems and strategy that deliver real, measurable results. I\'ve led high-performing teams at Virtuous Software, Mindbody, Yelp, and the American Red Cross, generating millions in revenue while building cultures rooted in collaboration and trust. My background spans strategic planning, process improvement, technology adoption and leadership development. My faith shapes how I lead and serve. I believe business can be both strategic and soulful, a space where excellence meets empathy and where work becomes part of a greater mission to serve others well. I’m also a published author, Board Member and proud Phoenix local with an MS in Ministry from Pepperdine University and a BA in Business and Philosophy from Azusa Pacific University. At the end of the day, I believe good work should move people and reflect something bigger than ourselves.
