Darling has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience with the broker-dealer community where she has gained extensive knowledge of Section 1031 offerings in a broad range of real estate asset classes. Ms. Darling is also an expert in the Opportunity Zone space raising capital for several OZ projects. Prior to becoming the wholesaler to the number one territory, she spent five years with national accounts, building the selling syndicate, and earlier in her career, Darling was national accounts manager with Axxcess Capital Partners, L.P, a boutique investment banking and advisory firm focused on real estate, energy and healthcare. She also spent time as national accounts manager at Argus Realty Investors, a national real estate sponsor that acquired $1.6 billion in commercial real estate during her seven years with the firm.
