A former City finance lawyer, I moved into legal recruitment more than 25 years ago. Initially working for a major recruitment brand in London, I went on to launch its German operation from scratch in 2003. A strong desire to prioritise my candidates and clients and offer them a more bespoke and personal service led me to establish TC LEGAL in 2008. I help law firms (international, German and boutique) which are looking to hire at a senior level in all practice areas, as well as senior lawyers who are looking for a new challenge.
