Tamara Fuller is a Senior Proposal Developer who combines strategic insight, technical mastery, and empathetic leadership to drive measurable impact. With knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements, proposal compliance standards, and Government evaluation processes, she maintains a 100% compliance rate on all submitted proposals. She was recently recognized as an Awardee of Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) 40 Under 40 Award at the age of 29. At 27, she became the youngest professional to hold this title at Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc, a multi-billion-dollar organization. Her achievements include leading Amergis’ largest nationally competitive cooperative purchase agreement and sustaining a high SLED win rate, well above the national average, contributing to an increase in annual revenue growth.Tamara is known for building systems and empowering teams. She designs targeted training programs for proposal professionals at all levels, advises divisional leadership, and champions process improvements aligned with sales strategies. A pioneer in technology integration, she helped shape AI platform rollouts and introduced M365 solutions to streamline collaboration and link capture strategy with proposal execution.Her leadership extends beyond the corporate sphere. As former President and Director of Fundraising for the Maxim Charitable Foundation, Tamara mobilized resources for disaster relief and partnered with organizations like United Way, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the Travis Manion Foundation.
