My career has spanned aerospace, manufacturing, nonprofit, federal contracting, tribal enterprises, and HR solutions—allowing me to adapt quickly and build strong, scalable HR infrastructures across industries.Some of my proudest contributions include:Designing and implementing an HRIS-based performance evaluation system that connects annual reviews to career pathway planning.Building workforce development programs (OJT, LMS, apprenticeship) that ensure compliance, trackability, and long-term technical talent pipelines.Developing compensation frameworks tied to performance, training completion, and budget alignment.Successfully leading a team through the development and completion of a CNC Machinist Registered Apprenticeship with the Department of Labor.
