ABOUT TAMAR YEGHIAYAN

Tamar Yeghiayan is a client-focused attorney with experience in all stages of complex commercial litigation, including court appearances, motions, discovery and legal research, and additional background in corporate, compliance and criminal law. Ms. Yeghiayan was an associate at Clarkson Riley Rubin, LLP, a boutique law firm that represents clients in high-profile business litigation cases. She has served as lead associate in commercial disputes and product liability cases, and she has represented clients in administrative appeals hearings regarding wrongful termination of employment and appeared in court for TRO motions, preliminary injunctions and other matters. Accompanying her litigation practice, Ms. Yeghiayan reviews corporate documents, such as operating and purchase-sale agreements, and advises companies on compliance and corporate governance under state law. Previously, at The Loyola Law School Project for the Innocent (LPI), Ms. Yeghiayan spearheaded the representation of Kash Delano Register and helped facilitate his exoneration after 34 years of wrongful incarceration. Through LPI she gained significant practical experience reviewing cases, weighing the role of evidence, interviewing witnesses and drafting key court documents. A graduate of Loyola Law School and The University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Yeghiayan is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
