This is a group of young adults with severe learning difficulties as well as challenging behaviour. Their verbal communication is very limited, at times non existing, and although they are all physically able, in some cases their movement is limited too. In this class we focus on relaxing the body through gentle massage and simple movements. We try to get students to follow simple arm movements and steps. Progress is very slow, but the very fact that students take part in exercises is an acheivement in itself.
