About Tamar Cox

As a Customer Service Manager and an Academic Medical Adviser during my time at Kaplan Medical Prep, I was able to influence tracking of the success rate of passing the USMLE exam. Students that I personally advised had a greater than 90% success rate of passing the exam. Several students also scored above 250 which would make them competitive for the National Residency Match Program. I formed long lasting relationships with my students and was very invested in their personal stories and did my best to help them overcome adversity to perform well on their exam. For my work with my students, I was presented with the Student Success Kaplan Way Award in 2021.Overall, I am committed to optimizing workflows; fostering a work environment of healing and compassion and looking for an environment where there is potential for growth that maximizes the skills that I possess.
