ABOUT TAMANNA MARIAM
A PhD in Physics at The University of Toledo, with research focused on advanced photovoltaic technologies. Currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Wright Center for Photovoltaics Innovation and Commercialization, supporting junior researchers to improve the perovskite thin film quality as the wide bandgap absorber to achieve high efficiency CdTe-perovskite tandem solar cells. Also, I am leading projects on electroluminescence and photoluminescence imaging of perovskite solar cells and modules. Proficient in thin film processing techniques, including atomic layer deposition and physical vapor deposition, with a strong foundation in materials characterization and interfacial chemistry. At the Wright Center, collaborated with teams to investigate degradation pathways in perovskite solar cells, contributing to advancements in device stability and performance. Passionate about fostering innovation through mentoring graduate and undergraduate students and sharing knowledge via reports and presentations. Committed to driving sustainable energy solutions by leveraging technical expertise and collective effort in cutting-edge semiconductor technology research.
