My current role in project management has allowed me to enhance my skill in communication and collaboration between different business functions and different leaders to support the Division\'s Director of Program Execution/Chief of Staff. I provide mostly logistical support and assist with planning, coordination, and communicating the day-to-day operations. I partner with sector team members to assist with our division\'s monthly program reporting requirements and annual business recovery and resumption documents. Additionally, I assist with event coordination for Sector level meetings and division leadership site visits. This role helped me learn about the importance and impact of each business function and how the words and actions of our leaders from the top can impact the entire business.
