This includes delineating clear expectations and standards for personnel supervised; restructuring services and workforce to maintain or increase productivity and quality; resolving employee problems and supporting the needs of staff to function as committed, high performance team- Accountable for compliance/adherence to The Joint Commission, local, state and federal rules, regulations, standards and legislation regarding radiation safety /protection, quality assurance and risk management.
