Yoga is my true passion outside of the office as I equally enjoy the roles of being both a teacher and a student. After completing my 200 Hour Yoga Certification with CorePower in 2015, I began teaching both Hot and Hot Power Fusion formats. In 2017, I took it a step further and completed my Yoga Sculpt certification for a whole new fitness challenge. I further completed my Vinyasa training in 2018 and Yin / Restore training in 2023. I currently teach a wide variety of formats at various Denver studios each week!
