Primary contact for client carrier feeds during implementation and responsible for ensuring that data is setup to flow accurately from Paycor’s HR platform to individual carrier systems. • Flexibility to work both in client facing and non-client facing settings • Understand the process for building, testing, and deploying benefit feeds to the carrier • Work closely with Paycor’s benefit mapping vendor (Bswift), insurance carriers, clients, and internal teams to initially configure and thoroughly tests feeds prior to moving them to production. • Effectively manage client escalations, pulling in appropriate resources when necessary • Partner with Paycor’s vendor to report on project status and improve existing implementation processes • Document critical client communications and interactions in SalesForce • Promote full products and service packages; facilitate lead generation back to Paycor’s inside sales team as appropriate
