ABOUT TALISSA PAULITE

I have been working in industries such as business, recreation services, and retail. Starting as a receptionist and office assistant to providing care for children and families; I have developed great customer service, problem solving and leadership skills. Further building my skills and helping people in Human Resources; learning to communicate with empathy, connect and understand how certain circumstances can effect every day decisions is crucial to helping others livelihood in the work force. I speak 2 languages fluently (English & French) and 3 languages proficiently (Korean, Spanish & Tagalog). I enjoy learning new languages and cultures that contribute to my appreciation of diversity and how this is an important attribute that each individual should understand in the workplace. I have learned through my previous experiences and working in different industries that learning from your mistakes is how you will strengthen your weaknesses and better your skills and mindset in the workplace. No matter what job or employment it is, there is always something where you apply your skills and something you learn. I believe that when you are passionate about something, motivation and successful will follow.
