My role supports the efforts of our festival businesses to secure the most relevant and economically advantageous artist bookings for their events• I realise synergies and encourage collaboration across the group engaging with our wide network of artist booking professionals, using and implementing insight and analytics tools and processes• I drive actionable insights from data, develop recommendations to inform local and group decision making, and assist with implementation• My role is focused on reducing unpredictability and streamlining of processes in the artist booking processes of our businesses• I work across a range of genres and markets• I identify and implement key opportunities for performance improvement, including co-operation initiatives, workflow processes, and strategic relationships• I further develop our collaboration tools (digital services, meetings, information exchange)• I strengthen relationships to agents and present our festival group to talent agencies in their London and US based offices
