I write the words in high-stakes products—finance, healthcare, anywhere trust matters.At KOHO, I was the first content designer, leading content for 11 product launches. Metal Cards was a highlight—I wrote all the words from the product copy to the go to market campaigns. The cards sold out in 3 weeks with a 15K waitlist.But I was also the bottleneck. Every launch meant the same debates about language and reworking the copy late in the process. We had brand guidelines, but nothing for product copy. So I built the style guides.
